Virtusa Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Virtusa arrived at my college in the month of August 2022, I wanted to share my experience with all of us. 

Eligibility Criteria: 65% or above marks throughout academics. The selection is made on the basis of 3 rounds and every round is an elimination round.

• Online Assessment
• Technical Interview
• PI round

Online Assessment:

• Aptitude: The First is the Quantitative Aptitude Test. It consists of Basic 10 MCQ questions of Aptitude from major topics. Important topics include Number systems, Equations, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Time Speed   Distance, Areas and Mensuration, Averages, Permutations and Combinations, Probability,
• Computer Fundamentals: The second part is Computer Fundamentals It consists of 30 MCQ questions. It includes SQL, C, and C++ Operating Systems and DBMS, DSA, etc.
• Pseudo Code: The third part is Pseudo Code. It consists of 10 questions, Basically, all are from C and C++ Concept Topics like Functions, Constructor, Conditional Statements, and Loops.
• Coding Part I: This Part consists of 4 Coding Questions. It is basically a Regular Coding Round. In this part, you have to write code in C, C++, Java, Python any of your chosen languages.
• The level of Questions is Easy to Medium.
• Coding Part II: This Part consists of 3 Questions. It is basically a Power Coding Round. In this part, you have to write code in C, C++, Java, Python any of your chosen languages.

The level of the Question is Hard.

Technical Interview: Next day Technical round of the Virtusa Interview contains questions subjected to test the Subjective and Technical knowledge of the candidate.

•  It will be related to your Project and what you have done in your past internships. and knowledge of Basic JAVA is needed and SQL is also mandatory concepts like JOIN, INDEXES, PRIMARY KEY, UNIQUE KEY, etc. 
• If you are a web developer then u should know about basic HTML, and CSS syntaxes, and also you should be aware of concepts of your programming which you have worked like C and C++ their basic programs, and their logic. 
• Also a little bit of knowledge about python.

PI Interview: The next day of the TR round my PI Interview is scheduled. Basically, this test is used to check your Basic Behavioural Knowledge. Questions like:

• Tell me about yourself.
• What do you understand about time management?
• How do you deal with pressure?
• What are the missing moments in your college life and school life that you regret?
• Preferred Location?
• Willing to Relocate?

              At the end of any questions in this try to ask questions to HR so that he/she should know that the person is interested in working with us. And the complete process is ended.

In the end, I got selected as Regular Coder.
