Virtusa Interview Experience 2022

Recently Virtusa conducted Virtusa Neural hack for the 2022 batch for a full-time job and internship for the final year.

I am happy to tell you that I cracked this opportunity and am here to share my experience throughout the hiring process.

First round: Virtusa Neural hack for the 2022 batch consisted of 4 coding questions that you can do with java, python, or c#. The time given to solve these questions is 2 hrs. They do save your answers so don’t worry if you’re laptop is switched off in the middle, just quickly plug in the charger and continue.

A candidate who clears 1st round will get a chance to go into the second round. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do all questions in the first round but still i got an offer from virtusa.

I got a mail in the evening that they have offered me a compensation package for good performance in the neural hack as I have done 3 questions with all test cases clear. In the mail, it was written that I have to give 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round for getting selected.

After a week I again got a mail from her that we have scheduled your technical interview. I was excited and nervous both at the same time. I sat for an interview and joined the call .

Technical Round 1: The interviewer first took my introduction and then directly asked me 2 coding questions. The coding question was easy to medium level. I have answered both the code in the online compiler in front of him by sharing the screen. I was confident that the interview was going well I surely got to the next round and the same thing happens.

I cleared the 1st technical round and am now ready for the other one. After a week I again got a mail from her that my 2nd technical round is also scheduled.

Technical Round 2: I joined a call in that round there were two people. Firstly I have given my introduction and then he asked me some of the CS Fundamental Questions. So guys if you do prepare well for your core subject. Some of the questions were from Operating System, DBMS, and JAVA.

Now I am done with both rounds just hr round was left. After 2 weeks got a mail regarding the hr round.

HR Round: I was confident about the hr round. In that round commonly asked questions were there for example

• Why should we hire you?
• Why did you choose Virtusa? etc
• In the end, he asked me question do you have any questions for us? So I have asked about the opportunity and culture of the company. Now the call ends.

Final Result: Selected

And that’s all, I was selected it was an overall moderate experience if you know the important questions which are recently asked you will not face a problem. Good luck.
