In this video, we are going to see different methods of creating an Empty Dataframe and then and append rows columns to it in Pandas.

1. Using the list.

3. Using loc methods.

1) Using List- We can add columns and row pandas dataframe using the list. Lists are just like dynamically sized arrays, declared in other languages (vector in C++ and ArrayList in Java). Lists need not be homogeneous always which makes it the most powerful tool in Python.

2.Using append() method- We can add rows and columns with the help of append() also. dataframe.append() function is used to append rows of other dataframe to the end of the given dataframe,returning a new dataframe object

3. Using loc methods- This attribute access a group of rows and columns by label(s) or a boolean array in the given DataFrame.
