The primary output device in a graphics system is a video monitor. This video focuses on CRT. A CRT stands for Cathode Ray Tube. A CRT is a vacuum tube that contains a number of electron guns and a screen which is a phosphorescent screen used in Television. The electron beams in a monitor that move across your screen either interlaced or non-interlaced, hitting phosphor dots on the inside glass tube, they light up and are projected on the screen.
