The _.isOdd() method checks whether the given value is Odd or not, correspondingly returning a boolean value.
Syntax:
_.isOdd( value );
Parameters:
- value: Given value to be checked for odd value.
Return Value: This method returns a Boolean value(Returns true if the given value is odd, else false).

Example 1:
Javascript
var _ = require( 'underscore-contrib' );
console.log( "The Value is Odd : " + _.isOdd(41));

Example 2:
Javascript
var _ = require( 'underscore-contrib' );
console.log( "The Value is Odd : " + _.isOdd(42));
|
Output:
The Value is Odd : false
Example 3: For value: 0, this method returns false.
Javascript
var _ = require( 'underscore-contrib' );
console.log( "The Value is Odd : " + _.isOdd(0));
|
Output:
The Value is Odd : false
Example 4: For non-integer values, this method returns false.

console.log( "The Value is Odd : " + _.isOdd( "GFG" ));
|
