About TSS: TSS is a produced-based company headquartered in Mumbai. It works in the fintech domain and it is having the product – trackwizz.com.

About the process: TSS visited our college for recruitment. There were 4 rounds in total:

  • Online Test
  • Technical Interview – 1
  • Technical Interview – 2
  • HR Interview

We are asked to apply through Google Form, after that the company shortlisted students based on their criteria, mostly all the students were shortlisted.

Round 1: For the 1st round, there was an online test scheduled on a platform called Codeassess.

  • The MCQ-based test consisted of 25 aptitude questions, 10 OOP questions, and 2 programming questions (easy-medium level).
  • The time for the test was 150 minutes, which was more than sufficient.
  • On the same day, we received the list of shortlisted candidates for round-2.

Round 2: It was a technical round with the company employee.

  • The interview consisted of OOP questions followed by 3 programming questions.
  • Again the questions were of easy-medium level.
  • Some of my friends were asked questions related to DBMS as well, so be well prepared.
  • Very few students were able to clear round-2.

Round 3: It was again a technical interview with a senior employee.

  • This round was a bit tough compared to the previous one.
  • There were a lot of questions around OOP concepts followed by 2 programming questions.
  • The interviewer was nice and helped me with some hints.
  • The next day, I finally received the call for the HR round.

Round 4(HR Round): It was easy. There were common questions like introducing yourself, where you stay, hobbies, resume, where you see yourself in the next 5 years, etc.

Finally, I received my offer letter the next day.

Tip: Prepare OOP concepts well and practice medium-level coding questions.

All the best !!
