The Positive Company Interview Experience

I am going to share my first interview experience in my final year of Bachelor of computer science and how should we prepared for the companies interview & cracked all companies’ selection process.

Many of us know that the first impression is the most important thing, we can learn anything from books like R.S Agarwal for Aptitude is sufficient but there is one thing which we can only from our environment that is communication. But when you are from ordinary colleges you need to be more careful about self-studies.

Let’s begin, Most of the companies have the same selection process :

Aptitude Test: To clear the aptitude test you just need to follow one book with lots of practice. There are some main topics:

1. Time and work
2. Profit and loss
3. Problems with Trains
4. Ratio and Proportion
5. Boats and Streams.
6. Simple and compound interest
7. Percentage  

Coding Test: For a coding test, you just need to practice everyday basics problems with at least one particular programming language. I preferred C++ or Python. Preferred a language which you are good at. You just need to build your logic & about syntax we can learn from GeeksforGeeks easily.

Technical Interview: In a Tech interview you should be prepared to explain your final project. Also, they ask you technical questions which you can perform with paper & pen-like Array, Linked list, Double linked list, Graphs, Database, Data structures.  

HR Interview: For an HR interview you did not need to worry you just need to do is prepare the introduction carefully, be confident, sure about your answers, and able to eye contact, you should have good communication skills. Try to see some interview videos for practice.
