Location: LCIT, Bilaspur.
Round 1: Written Test

We were provided a question paper with four sections namely Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Programming Questions. The verbal ability section contains 5 questions, the Logical Reasoning section contains 6 questions, Quantitative Aptitude Section contains 6 questions and Programming section contains 4 questions. We had one hour to complete all the sections.

I directly started the programming questions as we were instructed that the programming section is a must. The difficulty level of questions was not too hard but as I was coding in Java it took me a bit more time to solve all the questions.

The Questions were a bit twisted but more or less it was similar to the following questions:-

1. Reverse String without reversing the word.
2. Count the frequency of all elements in an array.
3. Find the smallest and second smallest number in the array.
4. Print all permutation of a given string.

We were allowed to choose any programming language.

When about 57 minutes passed away I realized that I haven’t started any question on another section so I started attempting them and only attempted 4 of them.

But as they give more preferences to programmers out of 49 candidates only 3 were selected and I was one of them.

Round 2: Personal Interview (Technical + HR)

My PI round started with my introduction. Then they asked a few react questions like what is react-router?, what is binding? when binding is required? and some Java questions like what is polymorphism and its type, what is boxing and unboxing?

Then the HR guy gave a condition, it was like, Suppose you are a team leader and you have to submit the project today before 5 PM, but one of your team member deny to work and everyone including you are occupied with work, so how would you handle the situation?

And it ended in 11 minutes only, I thought I will not be selected but luckily I was the only one who got selected.

So basically they were looking for Passion with good technical knowledge.
