I studied at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. When I was giving TCS ninja I was even not aware of the digital profile that was going to be offered to me.

Round 1: I cracked TCS digital through NQT which is a long process. Firstly, I gave TCS ninja or NQT that we used to say. For this, I gave aptitude as well as the coding exam. The coding exam was having 2 questions and anyone who managed to crack even one coding question with an intermediate aptitude score would be eligible to be called a ninja topper.

Fortunately, I was one of them.

Round 2: Coming to the second step there were two coding questions of which one was of intermediate level and the second was of easy level what matters most here is the way they take input if u can take inputs correctly most of the task is solved. I managed to clear the coding round in that 1 hr by clearing all the test cases.

Round 3: Now came the interview for this I want to say just prepare for your basics. Questions were not that hard what matters the most is the way you answer them. In my case, my technical round was not good, and just know the answers to 5 to 6 questions, yet I managed to clear it because I confidently said” no” to the things I was unaware of. For me what I believe is that giving an interview is itself a skill. When I was giving an interview initially I too faced rejections in a lot of company but when I cleared one I cleared most of them. The second round was the managerial round for this be prepared in knowing about the company or about your core knowledge or even some managerial questions. Most of these will be asked upon your life to problems that you encountered with. Again be thorough with your basics and be confident. I spent nearly 3 to 4 hrs in studying the company and this made the interviewer much impressed with the knowledge that I was having about TCS. For HR, I would say just be yourself and answer all the things with your own heart and in your own words.

Points of benefit to me were:

  1. My project was on machine learning/deep learning this really helped me a lot.
  2. I was having certification in data science, IoT, machine learning + 1 internship experience on AI/ML.
  3. Thirdly I was a constant smile over the entire period of the interview and was quite confident about it which was also another aspect of it.

I faced rejection in many interviews before and therefore was a bit experienced about it.
