Selenium’s Python Module is built to perform automated testing with Python. Selenium Python bindings provides a simple API to write functional/acceptance tests using Selenium WebDriver. For example, adding a cookie, pressing back button, navigating among tabs, etc. 
This article revolves around set_page_load_timeout driver method in Selenium. set_page_load_timeout method sets the amount of time to wait for a page load to complete before throwing an error.
