The subsetOf() method is utilized to test if a SortedSet is a subSortedSet of another SortedSet.

Method Definition: def subsetOf(that: SortedSet[A]): Boolean

Return Type: It returns true if a SortedSet is subset of another SortedSet else it returns false.

Example #1:

// Scala program of subsetOf() method
import scala.collection.immutable.SortedSet

// Creating object
object GfG

    // Main method
    def main(args:Array[String])

        // Creating a SortedSet
        val s1 = SortedSet(4, 12, 2, 31

        val s2 = SortedSet(4, 12)

        // Applying subSortedSetOf method
        val result = s2.subsetOf(s1)

        // Display output
        println(result)

Output:

true

Example #2:

// Scala program of subsetOf()
// method
import scala.collection.immutable.SortedSet

// Creating object
object GfG

    // Main method
    def main(args:Array[String])

        // Creating a SortedSet
        val s1 = SortedSet(4, 12, 2, 31

        val s2 = SortedSet(4, 12)

        // Applying subSortedSetOf method
        val result = s1.subsetOf(s2)

        // Display output
        println(result)

Output:
