In Scala, Double is a 64-bit floating point number, which is equivalent to Java’s double primitive type. The %(x: Short) method is utilized to return the remainder when the given Double value is divided by the Short value.

Method Definition – def %(x: Short)

Returns – Returns the remainder of the division of this value by x.

object GfG
   
    // Main method
    def main(args:Array[String])
    {
       
        // Applying %(x: Short) function
        val result = (16.00215.toDouble ).%(13:Short)
