Eligibility Criteria

Now, before moving further, let’s first talk about the eligibility criteria that you need to fulfill to apply for the exam:

1. Age Limit: The maximum age is 28 years for Assistant Manager (Security Analyst), 30 years for Assistant Manager (Systems), 33 years for Deputy Manager (Systems) & Deputy Manager (Security Analyst) and 38 years for other remaining posts (as of October 31, 2020).

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in Online Written Test and Interview.

1. Online Written Examination: The online written test will be held in online mode and candidates have to score equal to or above the cut-off marks in this round to get shortlisted for the Interview.

2. Interview: The shortlisted candidates after the online written test will be called for the interview. The Interview will be of 25 marks and the final merit list will be prepared after considering the market Professional Knowledge test and Interview with a weightage of 70:30 respectively.

How to Apply?

The application form for SBI SO Exam 2021 can be filled in online mode with an application fee of Rs. 750/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and NIL for SC / ST / PWD candidates. The steps to fill the application form are provided below:

  1. Firstly, you’re required to register yourself from the Official Link of SBI.
  2. Then you’ll be required to enter the basic details such as name, address, etc. in the application form.
  3. After entering the details, you need to upload the required documents like Scanned Photograph, Signature, etc., and after successfully uploading, you have to provide some additional details.
  4. Then after verifying the details, you’ll be required to pay the Application Fee.
  5. Lastly, you’re advised to take a printout of the submitted application form for future use.
