Time#rfc2822() : rfc2822() is a Time class method which returns the string which represents the time as date-time defined by RFC 2822
Format:

day-of-week, DD month-name CCYY hh:mm:ss zone

Syntax: Time.rfc2822()

Parameter: Time values

Return: the string which represents the time as date-time defined by RFC 2822
