Time#localtime() : localtime() is a Time class method which returns local time (using the local time zone in effect at the creation time of time) by time conversion using modification in the receiver.

Syntax: Time.localtime()

Parameter: Time values

Return: convert time to local time

Example #1 :

# declaring time 
a = Time.new(2019)
  
# declaring time
b = Time.new(2019, 10)
  
# declaring time
c = Time.new(2019, 12, 31)
  
# Time

Output :

Time a : 2019-01-01 00:00:00 +0100
