Ruby | DateTime sec_fraction() function

DateTime#sec_fraction() : sec_fraction() is a DateTime class method which returns the fractional part of the second.

Syntax: DateTime.sec_fraction()

Parameter: DateTime values

Return: the fractional part of the second.
