Ruby | BigDecimal to_r() function
BigDecimal#to_r() : to_r() is a BigDecimal class method which returns the value of Big decimal as a rational number.
Syntax: BigDecimal.to_r()
Parameter: BigDecimal values
Return: the value of Big decimal as a rational number
