Adobe Flash is a computer software build with the purpose to make the animation process easy and fast. This software was built by Adobe Corporation and its latest version is available in the market under the name Adobe Animate which has tons of different features. Flash is compatible with macOS as well along with the windows system. It is available for free but only for 30 days after which its trial period will end. It is very popular for making 2D animations and is used worldwide for making projects ranging from small to big animation films.

Coin Rotation Animation

Coin rotation is a cool animation project which involves 3D aspect so in this project, we will animate a coin rotating on the vertical axis for this we will use frame by frame method but instead of drawing coin each time, we will morph the shape to the next shape as it saves a lot of time so lets animate it. Follow the following steps to animate the Rotating coin.

Step 1: Open a new project in Flash.

Step 2: Import a coin image on the stage, use a copyright-free vector image.

Step 3: Convert the image into the symbol.

Step 4: Double click on the symbol to enter it and place the dollar sign on a new layer.

Step 5: Now insert a keyframe at frame 3.

Step 6: At this keyframe change the shape of the coin using the selection and free transform tool.

Step 7: Turn On onion skin to see the difference between the two images.

Step 8: Now insert a keyframe at frame 5 by pressing F6 and making a new shape of the coin.

Step 9: Next we will insert the keyframe at frame 7 and 9 by pressing F6 and then again give a new shape to the coin.

Step 10: Half rotation is complete now add three more keyframes at 11, 13, and 15 and copy-paste the old frames to new frames.

Step 11: Now flip the shapes to give another half of the rotation.

Step 12: Double click to come out of the symbol to the main stage.

Step 13: Insert a frame at frame 46.

Step 14: Press the run button to see the animation.

Congratulations your rotating coin animation is ready. Press Ctrl + Enter to see the output of the animation. Here is the video of the rotating coin animation.
