Relevel Interview Experience for Business Development

 I am a commerce graduate. Recently I gave my first interview conducted by relevel by unacademy. I applied for a business development role. It was my first interview, I was very nervous and anxious as soon as the interview starts my hand got frozen but the interviewer was kind enough to tell me this that it’s okay to be nervous but this is more like communication, by that line I feel little relaxed, then he told me to introduce myself I was confident enough to answer this question because I was practicing this question for last 2 weeks.

As I started introducing myself after good 15-20mins the interviewer said sorry I forgot to record this conversation can you please start again I was shaking, I start panicking that what now I have to say all this again, but eventually I grasp some strength, took some deep breath and start talking again. My domain is for business development, although I have no experience in this domain I choose this to experience something. My interview lasted for 1 hour, the interviewer asks me an ample number of questions. Some of the questions were:

• Introduce yourself
• why business development?
• If you are the seller of an Edu tech company how would you sell your product?
• If the customer is asking for more discounts, how will you manage the situation?
• will you persuade the customer to sell your product and make him your regular customer?

Lastly at the end interviewer gave feedback to improve as I was not confident enough to answer all his questions.

Interviews are tiring but they give you a lot of experiences be it good or bad.
