With the help of np.mapparms() method, we can get the linear mapping parameters between the domains by using np.mapparms() method.

Syntax : np.mapparms(old, new)
Return : Return parameters of linear map.

Example #1 :
In this example we can see that by using np.mapparms() method, we are able to get the linear mapping of parameters by using this method.

# import numpy and mapparms
import numpy as np
from numpy.polynomial import polyutils as pu

# using np.mapparms() method
gfg = pu.mapparms([1, 2, 3], [5, -5])

print(gfg)

Output :

(15.0, -10.0)

Example #2 :

# import numpy and mapparms
import numpy as np
from numpy.polynomial import polyutils as pu

# using np.mapparms() method
gfg = pu.mapparms([1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [5, 15])

print(gfg)

Output :

(-5.0, 10.0)
