# Python | Numpy np.hermmulx() method

With the help of `np.hermmulx()` method, we can get the multiplication of hermite series with x by using `np.hermmulx()` method, where x is an independent variable.

Syntax : `np.hermmulx(series)`
Return : Return the coefficient of series after multiplication.

Example #1 :
In this example we can see that by using `np.hermmulx()` method, we are able to get the coefficient of series after multiplication of hermite series with independent variable x by using this method.

 `# import numpy and hermmulx ` `import` `numpy as np ` `from` `numpy.polynomial.hermite ``import` `hermmulx ` ` `  `series ``=` `np.array([``6``, ``7``, ``8``, ``9``, ``10``]) ` ` `  `# using np.hermmulx() method ` `gfg ``=` `hermmulx(series) ` ` `  `print``(gfg) `

Output :

[7. 19. 30.5 44. 4.5 5.]

Example #2 :

 `# import numpy and hermmulx ` `import` `numpy as np ` `from` `numpy.polynomial.hermite ``import` `hermmulx ` ` `  `series ``=` `np.array([``1``, ``2``, ``3``]) ` ` `  `# using np.hermmulx() method ` `gfg ``=` `hermmulx(series) ` ` `  `print``(gfg) `

Output :

[2. 6.5 1. 1.5]
