With the help of Numpy ndarray.__ior__() method, we can get the elements that is OR by the value that is provided as a parameter in numpy.ndarray.__ior__() method.

Syntax: ndarray.__ior__($self, value, /)

Return: self|=value

Example #1 :
In this example we can see that every element is or by the value that is passed as a parameter in ndarray.__ior__() method.

# import the important module in python
import numpy as np

# make an array with numpy
gfg = np.array([1, 2, 3, 4, 5])

# applying ndarray.__ior__() method
print(gfg.__ior__(2))

Output:

[3 2 3 6 7]

Example #2 :

# import the important module in python
import numpy as np

# make an array with numpy
gfg = np.array([[1, 2, 3, 4, 5],
                [6, 5, 4, 3, 2]])

# applying ndarray.__ior__() method
print(gfg.__ior__(1))
