Python | Decimal scaleb() method
Decimal#scaleb() : scaleb() is a Decimal class method which returns the first operand after adding the second value its exp.
Syntax: Decimal.scaleb()
Parameter: Decimal values
Return: the first operand after adding the second value its exp.
