Decimal#logical_xor() : logical_xor() is a Decimal class method which returns the digit-wise exclusive or of the two Decimal values.
Syntax: Decimal.logical_xor()
Parameter: Decimal values
Return: the digit-wise and of the two (logical) Decimal values.
