In this article, we will see how we can get the frame geometry of the QDockWidget. QDockWidget provides the concept of dock widgets, also know as tool palettes or utility windows. Dock windows are secondary windows placed in the dock widget area around the central widget in a QMainWindow(original window). This property holds the geometry of the widget relative to its parent including any window frame.
By default, this property contains a value that depends on the user’s platform and screen geometry.
In order to do this we will use
frameGeometrymethod with the dock widget object.
Syntax : dock.frameGeometry()
Argument : It takes no argument
Return : It returns QRect object
