PyQt5 QCalendarWidget – Releasing Grabbed Mouse Input

In this article we will see how we can ungrab i.e releasing the mouse input for the QCalendarWidget. By grabbing mouse the calendar will not be affected, except that it doesn’t receive any mouse events. setFocus moves the focus as usual, but the new focus widget receives mouse events only after releaseMouse is called. We can grab the mouse with the help of grabMouse method .

In order to do this we will use releaseMouse method with the QCalendarWidget object.

Syntax : calendar.releaseMouse()

Argument : It takes no argument

Return : It return None
