PyQt5 QCalendarWidget – Getting Maximum Date

In this article, we will see how we can get the maximum date of the QCalendarWidget. The maximum date of QCalendarWidget restricts the user selection above the maximum date, i.e. the user can only select dates lesser than the specified maximum date. Dates above the maximum date get disabled. We use setMaximumDate method to set the maximum date.

In order to do this we will use maximumDate method with the QCalendarWidget object.
Syntax : calendar.maximumDate()
Argument : It takes no argument
Return : It return QDate object
