In this article we will see how to set and get the name of progress bar. Name of progress bar is basically a named assigned to a progress bar by the developer. Name is set in order to classify the progress bar as while designing the GUI (Graphical User Interface) application, progress bar is created in order to classify them names are given to them like “loading”, “downloading”, “transfer” etc.

In order to set the name to progress bar setAccessibleName method is used and to get the name accessibleName method is used, if no name is assigned accessibleName() method will return blank string.

Syntax :

bar.setAccessibleName(name)
bar.accessibleName()

Argument :
setAccessibleName takes string as argument.
accessibleName takes no argument.

Return :
setAccessibleName returns None.
accessibleName returns string.
