Solution : N, because if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, then each pair adds upto 27.
example : L O
12+15 = 27.

2. Find odd one out :

a) BHHP b) DPHD c) DDHH d) PPBD

Solution : (c), if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, then options a, b, d have same product of alphabets equal to 2048.
example : B H H P

2x8x8x16 = 2048.

3. Which letter replaces the “?”:
A, D, ?, P, Y.

Solution : I, because if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, all the entries are perfect square numbers.

4. Which letter replaces the “?”:
A, C, ?, J, O, U.

Solution : F, because if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, the difference between consecutive entries increases by 1.

5. Which letter replaces the “?”:
A, Z, ?, X, E, V, G, T.

Solution : C, because if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, the difference between alternate entries is 2.

6. Find odd one out :

Solution : (d), if we assign the values as A=1, B=2…..Z=26, options a, b, c contain pair having number difference 12.
example :

difference = 15 – 3 = 12.
