Principles of Project Management Process Activities : Project management is the use of methods, tools and processes to effectively plan and execute projects. Successful project management uses teams and resources to complete project tasks within time, cost and scope. The purpose of a project is defined by the client or stakeholders, and the project manager uses project management methods to develop a plan that describes the allocation of resources, tasks, distances and releases required to meet the needs of the participants.

4. Project Monitoring and Review :

Monitoring is an ongoing process and includes –

5. Personal Selection and Evaluation :

Personal selection and evaluation includes –

6. Report Writing and Presentations :

7. Quality Management :

Quality management includes –

Quality is the intensity of the purpose or the degree of coherence of the results of the process or process itself. Quality control consists of evaluation, measurement and evaluation to ensure that project results meet the acceptance process defined during quality planning.

8. Configuration Management :

Configuration is a set of functions designed to control change by identifying work products that can change, establish relationships between them, defined management methods a different kind of these products, controls and set changes auditing and reporting on changes made. It Includes –
