Description: FarmAhead – A Real-Time Interactive Application that facilitates the direct contact between the producer (farmer) and buyer which helps in reducing the wide price gap between farmers and consumers by avoiding the middle-men chain.

Tools Used: HTML 5.0, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, BOOTSTRAP, MySql Database .

Project Survey

A Live Demo has been shown to the Farmers around the villages around the town Gobichettipalayam, TamilNadu and Feedbacks have been collected. A survey was conducted in the Farmer-Consumer sales chain in the market at Kinathudavadu.
