Power2SME is producing India’s No. 1 B2B Digital Ecosystem for SMEs, enabling them to get financing at lower interest rates and purchase raw materials at competitive prices, leading to increased productivity and profitability. As a “buying club,” Power2SME helps SMEs take advantage of economies of scale by leveraging their purchasing power across a broad network of suppliers. About 70% of a manufacturing SME’s ongoing expenses go toward acquiring raw materials, and the unorganised market presents an uneven playing field for SME competitors.

Recruitment Process:

Round 1: Online Assessment
Round 2: Technical Interview 1
Round 3: Technical Interview 2
Round 4: HR Round

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech/M.tech in computer science from Tier 1 college is preferred.

Online Assessment: This assessment will have 3 sections: aptitude, technical and coding problems. The aptitude section consisted of verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning topics. C/C++, Data Structures, OS, Networking, etc. The topics included technical sections. 2-3 easy to medium level coding problems.

Technical Interview 1: During the interview, They will be asked questions in proficient programming languages like C/C++, python, java, angular etc, asking you questions from OOPs, SQL, networking, and 2-3 easy to medium coding problems.

Technical Interview 2: This round will be the same as the above interview. They will ask questions on the same topics but go into depth and check the candidate’s problem-solving skills. They will also ask scenario-based questions and discussion on previously performed projects.

HR Round: HR behavioral questions and general discussion
