Polycom is a worldwide corporation that creates collaboration and communication technology based on video, audio, and content. The company also licenses: H.264 video codecs, Siren codecs, session initiation protocol, Native 1080p high-definition cameras and displays, Native 720p and 1080p high-definition encoding/decoding, low-latency architecture and low bandwidth utilization, wideband advanced audio coding with low delay (AAC-LD), multichannel spatial audio with echo cancellation and interference filters to eliminate feedback from mobile devices, Optimized environmental conditioning to provide the audio and video experience; and inter-operation with legacy video conferencing.

Recruitment Process:

  • Round 1: Written Test
  • Round 2: Technical Interview 1
  • Round 3: Technical Interview 2
  • Round 4: HR Round

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or similar expertise or relavant experience.

Written Test: This round is in 2 parts: The Aptitude test and the Technical test. Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning include the topics asked in the Aptitude section, and the technical section in C/C++, OOPs, Data Structures, as well as Networking, Operating Systems, and DBMS.

Technical Interview 1: During the interview, the interviewer will ask you questions on OOPs concepts, networking, DBMS, SQL, puzzle problems, and 2-3 easy to medium level coding problems.

Technical Interview 2: This round will be the same as the above interview. They will ask questions on the same topics but go into depth and check the candidate’s problem-solving skills. They will also ask scenario-based questions and discussion previously performed projects.
