Pinnaxis Interview Experience

Pinnaxis visited our campus on 11th September 2021. It was an On-Campus drive.

There was a total of 4 Rounds for the selection process.

1. Aptitude Round
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

Aptitude Round: There were 40 Questions in aptitude round.

• The time for this section was also 40 Minutes.
• Questions were easy and medium level.
• This round was held basically to check critical reasoning power of a Candidate.
• It was not an elimination round.

Group Discussion: After Aptitude round, Group discussion round started, In which in each group there were 8 students.

• In my case GD topic was OTT Platform v/s Cinema and time assigned for this round was 20 Minutes.
• After GD only 24 students were get selected.

Technical Round: 24 selected students were invited for technical round.

• On average technical round time was approx 45-60 minutes.
• This was the most important round for selection and out of 24 only 13 students were get selected for HR Round.

HR Round:13 students were invited for HR round and its time was 25-30 minutes. After completing HR Round, we were instructed to wait for result.

Finally, after 1 week, the Result was announced and 4 students were get selected and I was one of them.
