The Gmagick::resizeimage() function is an inbuilt function in PHP which is used to scale an image in given dimensions with a filter.
Syntax: 
 

Gmagick Gmagick::resizeimage( $width, $height, $filter, $blur)

Parameters: This function accepts four parameters as mentioned above and described below: 
 

  • $width: This parameter is used to set the width of image.
  • $height: This parameter is used to set the height of image.
  • $filter: This parameter is used to set the value for filter.
  • $blur: This parameter is used to set the value for blur. The value larger than 1 results in blurry whereas lesser than 1 is sharp. 
     

Return Value: This function returns Gmagick object on success.
Errors/Exceptions: This function throws GmagickException on error.
