Persistent System Interview Experience (Off-Campus)

The persistent system came to our college for an on-campus drive. Students were shortlisted on the basis of resumes and eligibility criteria. Then there was an online test with 2 different packages. Around 15 students were selected for the technical round.

Technical Round: The round lasted for 20 minutes. I was given a coding question to solve – a pattern based. It took me less than 10 mins to solve it. If you have solved the pattern questions previously, it will be easy for you. 

• The interviewer was sweet and asked me about my branch. Since my branch is Information Technology, she started asking questions related to IT and C programming language. 
• Again questions were basic like data types, their types,  and data structures like trees.  

HR Round

• This round was an online behavioral assessment of about 15 minutes. It was a personality test and to test the decision-making abilities of candidates.  
• Do not stress yourself and be smart and confident. You will get it.
