Persistent Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Persistent visited our campus offering 3 profiles, 700 students appeared for the first round.

Written Test: 

• Section I: 50 minutes test that consists of MCQ’s on Operating systems, Computer Architecture, DBMS, Computer Networks, English Comprehension, and Logical reasoning
• Section II: 40 minutes section comprises two problem statements of medium level.

100 Students were selected for an advanced coding test, I was one of them.

Advance Coding Test: 2 questions were given which were of hard level.

I solved 1 question completely and in the second one part, I cleared the test and got eligible for higher packages. 30 students cleared this round.

Technical Interview: The interviewer didn’t ask me to introduce myself. He gave a problem to design a system of my choice using concepts of OOPS. I designed a health management system for patients using concepts of OOPS in a span of 20 minutes.

Later he asked me questions on Cloud, and we had a discussion on my projects.

Late-night I got the mail for HR round.

HR Round: I was asked to introduce myself. Later we had a discussion on projects, and he asked what changes you made in your lifestyle during the lockdown.

He asked me why do I want to join persistent. After all these rounds I got selected in the company
