Recently, I have been through the interview experience of PeopleStrong and I would like to share my experience with everyone.

Position:- Associate Software Engineer(Testing){Grade-3}

Around 25 Candidates Appear for the online Test.

Round 1 Online On WheeBox

Duration:- 45 minutes

50 MCQ questions based upon Aptitude, Reasoning & Verbal.

Out of 25 Candidates who have appeared for online Test 7 have been Shortlisted for Round 2.

Round 2 Technical F2F Interview

~Three Coding questions were asked.

1) How to Find Loop in Linked List
2) Convert Single Linked List to Doubly Linked List.
3) Asked the method to scan the Given word file such that it will print the Occurrence or Non-Occurrence of characters appearing in the file.

~ Basic Questions From Java

1) Polymorphism In Java
2) Features Of Java
3) Difference between Method Overloading and Method Overriding
4) What is Encapsulation in Java

~ Basic Questions From DBMS

1) Difference Between Primary Key & Foreign Key.
2) What is Trigger in DBMS?
3) What do you understand by Indexing in DBMS?
4) What are the ACID properties in DBMS?

~ Basic Questions From C++

1) What do you understand by Friend Function in Java.

~ Questions from Resume.

1) Explain the Projects that has been mentioned in the Resume.

Out of 7 Candidates who have been shortlisted for Technical Round 3 of them have been Shortlisted for HR Round.

Round 3 HR F2F Interview

1) Tell me About Yourself.
2) Tell me about your friends those are present in College.
3) Tell me about your Family.
4) Have you appeared in any previous company that have visited in Your College
5) If you are offered the profile of Testing even after that will you still be joining PeopleStrong.

After going through the above Rounds Hiring Team from the Company called all the 7 shortlisted candidates and out of those they have Finally Hired 2 of Them and I was Hired.

General Tips

1) Prepare well for Java.
2) Be confident, and be interactive.
3) Having a good resume can help you guide your interviews.
4) One more thing, if that day Belongs to you then no one can stop you from getting hired into that company.
