Paytm Interview Experience for SDE-1

I was contacted by PayTm recruiter, Noida office for Software Developer. I was interviewed by an SDE-II from the payments team, where they wanted the developers to be proficient in java threading concepts. 

Discussions about my technical background and some insight of tech-stack at Paytm followed a set of technical questions.

1. In a one-day international cricket match, considering no extras(no wides, no ‘no’ balls, etc.) and no overthrows.
2. Pairwise swap elements of a given linked list. The nodes are to be explicitly swapped, i.e, swapping the data is not acceptable.
3. Is Java completely object-oriented?
4. What changes in internals of HashMap does Java 8 bring?

I was rejected at this round and I received a mail of rejection within 3 hours of the round. Yet I hope this interview experience helps.
