Oracle came for recruitment in early November for the position of Advanced Customer Service. The cutoff was 7.0 CGPA, and all branches can apply; around 264 people from our college were eligible for the online test.

There were a total of 2 rounds, including online tests and interview rounds conducted in Zoom.

Round 1(MCQ Test): This was an MCQ round conducted on Oracle’s Assessment Platform for  60 minutes. There were 4 sections, and each had multiple sub-sections that had questions on various topics.

  • Aptitude Test ( Common aptitude questions)
  • Coding Skills (Trees, Flowcharts, Predict O/P, Algorithms )
  • Computer Science Knowledge (OOPS, DBMS, OS, Networks)
  • Contextual Communication ( Grammar, Paragraph, etc.)

The Flowchart Questions were tricky. It is like senior base Questions. Around 18 students cleared this round.

Round 2 (Tech Interview): There were 3-panel members in zoom.

  • The 1st Panel member started with a basic introduction, then I was asked to explain one of my projects, and I was asked some questions like how to secure data while sending from company A to company B. He also asked about a few OOPS concepts like a constructor, polymorphism, etc., and a Few  DBMS Questions like joins, DML commands, ACID properties, etc.
  • The 2nd-panel member asked the DSA question to write a function to Construct a Binary Search Tree. Also, he asked me to dry run my code with a given an example. The interview was fully resumed base.
  • The 3rd-panel members asked  Some common questions like tell me about yourself, your family background, etc.
  1. Why did you join this college?
  2. Strengths, weaknesses.
  3. Why did you choose CSE?

The interviewer was damn friendly, and it was just like a casual discussion.

Around four students were SELECTED, and I was one among them.
