Total 7 rounds were there, 1 hour each & here’s sequence:

Round 1: Hiring Manager explained about the job description and checked if the candidate would fit for the position.

Round 2: Technical screening round, conducted by US team. I was asked to write a program. Only after clearing this round, further rounds would be scheduled.

Next five rounds happened in parallel & result of all rounds were contributing to Hire/ no Hire decision. Officially it was called as ‘Loop Round’. One PDF document was shared, having details about what’s expected from each of these Loop rounds and how to prepare for them.

Round 3: Loop-1 Technical Round: Conducted by US team. 

  • First 30 mins: Technical discussion about how the candidate handled different situations in their earlier projects.
  • Next 30 mins: Asked to write a program to solve a problem.

Round 4: Loop-2 Technical Round: Conducted by US team. Similar to Loop-1.

Round 5: Loop-3 Technical round: Conducted by US team. Similar to Loop-1.

Round 6: Loop-4 Hiring Manager round: All project-related scenario questions were asked.

Round 7: Loop-5 Bartender round: Senior manager from different team conducted this. Behavioral questions were asked.

Within a week after last interview, result was shared.

Overall, the interview process was systematic and of great quality.
