Node.js tlsSocket.encrypted Property

The tlsSocket.encrypted property is an inbuilt application programming interface of class TLSSocket within tls module which is used to check if the used socket is TLS sockets or other regular net.Socket instances.

Syntax:

const tlsSocket.encrypted

Parameters: This method does not accept any parameter.

Return Value: This method returns the boolean value true the used socket is TLS sockets otherwise false.

How to generate private key and public certificate?



  • Private Key
    Step 1: Open notepad and copy paste the following key:
