Netcracker Technology Interview Experience for Junior Software Engineer

Netcracker Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. was an on-campus virtual drive. They conducted three rounds.

Round 1: Cognitive + Coding L2 L3

Test Duration: 1 hr. 45 minutes (1 hr. for the aptitude section and 45 minutes to solve 2 coding questions and Candidates can choose their preferred language to code). The exam was conducted on the AON platform.

Round 2: Technical Interview

After the completion of the Cognitive + Coding L2 L3 exam, I was selected for the next round which was Technical Interview. I received a Technical Interview Invitation mail from HR and the platform was a Zoom meeting. The overall duration of the technical interview was 35 to 40 minutes. The expert was very humble.

The expert asked me the following questions:

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What is your favorite subject and why.
3. Difference between array and queue
4. Tell me some real-life examples of queues.
5. What is your favorite programing language and why
6. Why Java is platform independent
7. Difference between Java and Python
8. He asks me to write a basic program
9. Do you have any questions for me?

Round 3: HR Interview

After the completion of the Technical Interview, I was selected for the next round which was HR Interview. I received an HR Interview Invitation mail from HR and the platform was a Zoom meeting.

The expert asked me the following questions:

1. Introduce yourself.
2. What are your strengths?
3. Do you know about Netcracker Technology?
4. Do you know the T&C of our company?
5. She explains to me all the responsibilities of the position.
6. Do you have any questions for me?

Finally, I selected Netcracker Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and they offer me the following:
