LTI Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Round 1: Online test

Section 1: 30 minutes

• English situation-based question.

Section 2: Easy to Medium

Time: 45 minutes

2 coding questions

• Sort first k elements in ascending order and remaining elements in descending order.
• Find maximum product subarray in the given array.

Section 3: 30 minutes

• English language round.
• Repeat the given sentence as it is.
• Listen and repeat the sentence.
• Listening comprehension.
• Vocabulary based.
• Essay writing on the Indian education system.

Section 4: 15 minutes

• Behavior questions.

Round 2: Technical interview

Time: 30 minutes

• Introduction
• Question-based on projects and internships.
• Implement various swapping methods
• By reference, by pointers, by value, without using temp variable (arithmetic operation method
• Implement polymorphism and inheritance.
• As I applied for the CIS role they also asked about service Now and cloud computing.

Round 3: HR interview:

Time: 15 minutes

• Introduction
• Tell me about a situation when you have to work with strict deadlines and also how did you deal with it.
• About the job role.
• About my hometown.
• Any instance in my life when I had to face some rude manager or faculty, how would I deal with them.
• Overall the process was nice and simple, just keep calm and answer their questions clearly and please prepare for cross-questions from your projects.

A total of 6 students were shortlisted and I was one of them.
