Round 1:

The first round was an online test with a duration of 2 hours, encompassing questions from various domains including Programming, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal, Reasoning, and SQL. This round was generally considered easy; individuals with a strong aptitude and reasoning command could navigate through the test efficiently.

Round 2:

The second round consisted of a Group Discussion (GD) involving seven members. This stage focused on evaluating participants’ confidence and verbal abilities. Often, newcomers tend to feel tense and nervous, leading to fumbling and creating unnecessary fillers. To successfully clear this round, candidates should aim to remain specific, maintain composure, adhere to GD etiquette, and provide opportunities for others to express their thoughts. Additionally, preparing notes based on real-life experiences relevant to the discussion topic can strengthen one’s position.

Round 3:

The third round involved a Personal Interview, delving into technical aspects related to the projects mentioned in the candidate’s CV. It’s crucial to emphasize the importance of honesty in CVs, as they are considered legal documents. Falsifying information in your CV can lead to serious consequences. Therefore, candidates should ensure clarity and accuracy in the details provided in their CVs to avoid any potential issues during the interview process.”
