Locale getDisplayName() Method in Java with Examples

The getDisplayName() method of Locale class in Java is used to get the whole name of the specified locale including the language, country or other variants. This is displayed according to the convenience of the user.

Syntax:

LOCALE.getDisplayName()

Parameters: This method does not take any parameters.

Return Value: This method returns the name of the locale appropriate to display.
