Leoforce Interview Experience for Software Engineer (On-Campus Virtual)

Online assessment: There were 2 sections:

• Aptitude: The number of questions was around 30 and all are MCQ’s
• Technical: The number of questions was around 25 and all are MCQ’s

Overall this assessment was easy to a moderate level, out of 90, 24 were shortlisted.

Technical Round 1: He started with the obvious question ‘tell me about yourself’, and asked about one of my project in detail, he asked whether I was good at solving puzzles I said somewhat then he gave me a puzzle(medium level) I first told him brute force approach, and he gave some time to come up with an efficient answer I told him an efficient approach.

The interviewer was very friendly he was giving hints whenever I need them.

1. He asked me about my coding skills and gave me a question and asked me to write code for the same.(Question is on linked lists(easy one)).
2. Then he again gave me a puzzle to solve, this was easily one just by seeing the question i answered this one. 
3. He asked me a question regarding arrays(medium level).
4. Then he asked ‘any questions for me’ i asked about the company’s culture.

Overall this round was easy to moderate level.

This round was about 1hr.

Technical Round 2: He started with the obvious question ‘tell me about yourself’, and asked about my project in-depth like technologies I used for the project, etc.

1. He gave me a DS question and asked me to write code for the same it was like moderate level.(Question is on basic math)
2. He gave me a scenario and asked me what data structure will u use for this scenario to provide an efficient solution. If you have a good grip on your project and good problem-solving skills u can clear this.
3. Then he asked ‘any questions for me’ i asked about the technologies that the company uses.

Overall this round was a moderate level.

This round was about 1hr 20min.

6 were selected for the third round.

Technical Round 3: He asked me about my previous interview experiences, we had a discussion on that for 20 min or so, he gave me feedback from what I told asked to rectify mistakes.

1. He then gave me a scenario and asked me to derive the mathematical expression for that scenario it was difficult one but i told him the approach and gave him a formula(after a long time) he said the formula i wrote is wrong but the approach is right.

This round was about 1hr 30min.

4 were selected for HR Round.

HR Round: This round was telephonic Hr called me and asked me ‘tell me about yourself’, ‘why leoforce’ ,’your intersests’,’about my family’,’strengths and weakness’ etc.

After 20 min of discussion, he said congragulations and welcome to leoforce and discussed my CTC and location and date of joining, etc.

finally, all 4 who are in the hr round are selected.

Have a good grip on your project and what u write in your resume, and if u don’t know the answer tell him I don’t know the answer no one expects you to be perfect at everything.
