Recruitment Process:

  • Round 1: Aptitude Test 
  • Round 2: Technical Test
  • Round 3: Technical Interview 
  • Round 4: HR Round

LeftRightMind Eligibility Criteria: Computer Science, Computer Engineering (with required software development skills).

Aptitude Test: Total 50 questions in 1 hour. Topics include time & distance, age, geometry, percentage, cistern & pipes, etc.

Technical Test: MCQs on Computer science concepts like OOPs, and SQL. Total 60 questions in 1 hour.

Technical Interview: Questions from the technical concept, Coding Questions, and Discussing the Projects mentioned in your resume.

HR Round:

  • How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10?
  • Why do you want to work for our company?
  • Why should we hire you?
