Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) Limited Interview Experience | On-Campus 2019
In 2019, LTI came to our college for on campus placement. As you may have already heard about L&T, which is the parent company of LTI which deals with only IT services. So, they were in hunt of students who had some knowledge related to computer science.
First, they gave us a brief presentation about the company, their work culture and various things. So, after the presentation was Round 1 i.e Aptitude & Technical test.
Round 1: Aptitude & Technical test:
The aptitude questions were quite easy and questions were related to distance, probability, permutations and combinations, time and work . I am only writing topics that I remember. But trust me, they were easy. And the technical test, it consisted of one coding question. The coding question was easy too. As I am not good at coding, so if it was easy for me then you have to believe it was.
Round 2: Group Discussion and the topic was related to Artificial Intelligence.
Round 3: It was HR Interview and guess what this was my first job interview. The only thing I learned from here is to be confident in whatever you speak. There were no technical questions. They only want to see your personality and how you carry yourself. The questions that were asked- ” Tell me something about yourself “, “what are your hobbies?”, “Why do you want to join our company?” and at last the HR asked me if I have any questions.
