LambdaTest also offers the feature of taking automated full page screenshots across all 2000+ environments to quickly test the layout, check in a single click how your website will look across 36 different devices, and compare design and HTML images. In addition, the LambdaTest platform also has single-click integration with popular project management and enterprise tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Github, Gitlab, BitBucket, Slack, and Visual Studio Team Services.

Application: I came to know about the role via LinkedIn and applied online in August 2020.

Interview: The interview process was conducted online, considering the Covid-19 pandemic, and the LambdaTest team was very professional, kind, and ensured a smooth interview process.

The interview involved four rounds:

Round 1: Introduction round. In this round, I discussed with HR (Mehak) about my current job details, my skills, experience, etc. She (Mehak) also explained the role and job description and the responsibilities that would come along with the job. They also asked me for my sample works.

Round 2: In the second round, I had a combined discussion with HR and a member of the technical team about my technical knowledge and understanding. It went well.

Round 3: I was able to clear the second round. The next round was with the Director of Product and Growth Mudit Singh. I was really nervous in this round, but to my surprise, Mudit was a really cool person, and the round went like a charm. He explained to me about the role and what deliverables he would be expecting from me if I get the role. We had a great talk for around 30 minutes. I was really positive after the round. He also assessed my knowledge of Topic research and Search Engine Optimization.

Round 4: The final round was taken by the Head of HR (Chandni). She had a normal conversation with me about myself and my virtues, strengths, and weaknesses. She also asked me about the joining dates and expectations and all. I was really excited by now about the role.

Result: These rounds took around a week. After a few days, I received a call from HR that I HAVE BEEN SELECTED. (Yes!!!!!!!!!) She explained to me the formalities and everything. I joined LambdaTest in September.

The overall experience of getting interviewed during this COVID pandemic was handled pretty well by the LambdaTest team. They cleared all my doubts and explained to me in detail the expectations they would have for this job role.
